1.用途：用于制备快速检测试纸条。试纸条三维喷点系统采用国际先进的受控电磁阀，协同高精度步进泵系统，可在X、Y、Z三维方向运动，喷点溶液可成点或线，定量精确，重复性好，喷点速度可任意调节和组合，可用于生物试剂、抗体等的微定量喷点，适合试纸条、生物传感器等快速检测产品的研究与生产。
2. 技术指标
（1）平台可根据需要配置多种喷头，适合用于金标试剂、封闭液、预处理液等的分散定量喷点，喷头由高精度步进泵供给溶液。
（2）X 轴移动速度：50-250mm/s；Y 轴移动速度：100mm/s；Z 轴移动速度：100mm/s；X，Y，Z轴移动精度：± 0.2mm；划线头定位精度：± 0.2mm。
（3）划头最小间距： 2mm；划头间距调节方式：丝杆无级调节；划线步进泵溶液量：500μ1；喷金步进泵溶液量： 1000/2500μ1；溶液划线浓度：0.2-10μ1/cm；最低进排液量：1ul；溶液残留量：约等于零。
