1. Blood Glucose Test Strip Automatic Slitting and Bottling Machine Functions:
Test strip box → Automatic feeding → CCD detection of deviation and positioning of the red tab → Automatic deviation correction → Feeding and rolling cutting → Receiving and positioning → Sampling → Rejection of defective red tabs → Loading and test strip transfer → Re-inspection by CCD for red tab, cutting deviation, missing cover film, misalignment, etc. → Test strip counting (25 pcs or 50 pcs) → Bottling → Weighing → Automatic bottle feeding, cap feeding (cap integrity detection and rejection) → Automatic capping (capping effect detection) → Finished bottles automatic unloading → Labeling or Tray loading
