This system can be configured with mechanical transmission devices for feeding, four axis robot simulation for handling, six axis robot simulation for assembly, machine vision positioning guidance, Cartesian coordinate robot palletizing products, and various workstations are connected through intermediate cyclic transition conveyor lines. Multiple industrial robots work together to complete the entire production process of the product. Each workstation of this teaching and training system can independently complete specific functional training, and can also be connected to a complete production line as a system integration application training. It integrates PLC programming technology, pneumatic technology, sensor vision technology, servo technology, frequency converter technology, industrial robot technology, fieldbus technology, motor control technology, mechanical transmission technology, etc., and can reproduce the entire process flow of flexible automation production.


System composition:

The main body of the robot training line includes essential or optional modules such as silo module, robot module, turntable module, gripper module, visual inspection module, sorting module, material tray conveying module, belt conveyor module, and system control workstation.

Warehouse module——Realistic simulation of multi station rotating lifting silo platform for disc and plate workpieces (gears, shaft sleeves, etc.) in industrial applications; Optional and replaceable silo types are used, and various industrial application types are adopted for feeding, allowing students to have a better understanding of industrial applications and learn more comprehensively about them;

Robot module——Six axis articulated robot or four axis robot;

Rotary module——Stepper motor turntable; Simulate multi station motion and control in industrial applications;

Gripper module——Various types of workpiece grippers for industrial applications such as two jaw cylinders, three jaw cylinders, and suction cup grippers can be selected based on the characteristics of the workpiece;

Visual inspection module——Industrial CCD is used to detect and judge the appearance, size, color, and other aspects of workpieces;

Sorting module——Sorting channels, sorting the visual inspection criteria and placing them in each sorting channel;

Belt conveyor module——By using conveyor belts and baffles for precise feeding and positioning, the robot places the processed products onto the conveyor line, which is commonly used in industrial applications for workpiece placement. The feeding adopts various forms of industrial applications, allowing students to have a better understanding of industrial applications and learn more comprehensively about them.
