1. Colloidal Gold Test Cassette Assembly Machine Features:
This machine performs a complete series of operations including: colloidal gold test strip storage -> automatic test strip feeding -> CCD inspection and defective product identification -> automatic cutting -> defective product rejection -> material receiving and positioning -> base shell feeding -> inserting test strip into base shell -> CCD visual inspection of insertion result -> top cover feeding -> UV laser marking -> CCD inspection of marking quality -> pressing the top cover -> CCD re-inspection of assembly result -> automatic discharge and counting. Each inspection station is equipped with an automatic defective product rejection function. This production line enables full automation of the backend assembly process for colloidal gold test cassettes. Simultaneously, the CCD reading function binds product information and uploads it to the customer's factory MES system, enabling product information storage and traceability.
