1.血糖试纸自动压盖机功能介绍：
本设备可实现血糖试纸条装瓶后自动压合瓶盖功能，提高压盖工序效率，提升压盖品质。
●一次压合10桶，综合效率可达40桶/min
●瓶身与瓶盖载具定位，载具便于更换
●瓶盖位置精确限位，真空吸附，防止移位
●压盖过程弹力缓冲，压力监控，避免爆盖
●可实现压合后真空吸附一次性下料，提高效率
●操作按钮控制，无需程序设定，操作简单
●光电保护功能，避免对操作员的物理伤害
2.工作流程
人工上瓶身及瓶盖到载具定位—>按下启动开关—>平台就位，真空吸附瓶盖—>平台运动到瓶身位置，压合瓶盖—>压合完成，人工下料（可扩展自动下料功能）
